Founded with a vision to empower the next generation of Jewish professionals, Osher (formerly YJP Foundation Inc.) was established as a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and community within the Jewish professional world.
The organization was inspired by the need to create a supportive environment where young Jewish professionals could connect, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.

Osher began as a small initiative, bringing together like-minded individuals who shared a passion for community building and professional development. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by young Jewish professionals, we sought to create a space where mentorship, networking, and spiritual growth could converge. The early days of Osher were marked by intimate gatherings, where members could engage in meaningful conversations, share ideas, and build lasting relationships.

As the organization grew, so did its scope and impact. Osher expanded its offerings to include a wide range of programs and events designed to address the diverse needs of its members.
